COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification covers the skills and knowledge required to undertake leadership and management roles within the automotive industry. It is suitable for entry into senior management roles in all sectors of the automotive industry.
It provides the skills and strategies in managing operational plans and objectives, performance management, budgets and financial plans, recruiting staff and providing quality customer service. The management program is particularly suited to people looking to advance their management career, recently appointed managers, managers with little or no formal qualifications and employees responsible for staff or projects in the automotive and related industries.
